4. Project Terms and Payment

For all projects:

• Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.
• Project Timeline: Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client feedback.
• Revisions: Standard packages include 2-3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Deliverables: All deliverables will be provided in agreed formats upon final payment.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property ownership:

• Client Content: You retain ownership of all content, materials, and information you provide to us.
• Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
• Our Work: We retain the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
• Third-Party Materials: Any third-party materials used in projects remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Providing necessary materials and content
• Ensuring you have rights to any content you provide
• Making payments according to agreed terms

7. Limitation of Liability

TechWebs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policy:

• Projects may be cancelled by either party with written notice
• If cancelled by client, payment for completed work is non-refundable
• If cancelled by us, a full refund will be provided
• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
